Calm in the Wild Community Gatherings are welcoming, nature-based sessions at Woodvile in Keighley.
They are a chance to slow down, spend time outdoors and connect with yourself, nature, and others who understand.
Each gathering is different and may include simple seasonal activities, creativity, campfire time, nature exploration, conversation and moments of quiet reflection.
There is not pressure to take part in any particular way. You can join in, take things at your own pace, chat, create, wander, or simply enjoy being outside.
Everyone is welcome to come as they are.
These gatherings are especially created for:
Parents and carers of children with SEND or additional needs, who often spend so much time supporting others an day have little space for themselves.
Neurodivergent adults looking for a gentle, inclusive outdoor space where they can connect with nature and others without pressure.
At Woodville in Keighley.
Regular Monday morning gatherings.
Sessions are free and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
You are welcome to attend as many gatherings as you like.
Booking via Eventbrite is available if you'd like to let us know you're coming, but you are also welcome simply to arrive.
